It’s real estate portfolio has grown to a total of 4 projects with the most recent of these being the SkyPark Residences, also located in Sembawang. He has noted that this project not only 2013’s last Executive Condominium but the last for the next 3 quarters for Signature Yishun.

The SkyPark project has been made famous by its SkyPark located 100 metres atop the projects 3 towers, as its name suggests. It offers a range of facilities, such as a dining terrace, jogging track, children’s play area and a sky lounge. Adding to this is are the water features which cover over 30% of the Executive Condominium’s communal space, such as a ground level wading pool, children’s pool and a 15 metre lap Zion Road Condo pool.
